No cheque Book will be issued to the Account holders who operates the Accounts with thumb impression.
Any kind of S/B Account would be opened provided the fulfilling the Bank Norms and RBI Guidelines.
02. Current Deposit Account
A current Account may be opened in the name of an individual or in joint names or in the name of Firm or Company or Corporation. Necessary documents fulfilling the Banks and RBI norms must have to submit. Mode of operation would have to distingtly mentioned at the time of operation.
Initial Deposit of Rs. 2000/- at the time of opening of the Account to be maintained regularly.
Current Account will not bear any interest.
03. Recurring Deposit
A Recurring Deposit Account may be opened:

In the name of a person. |
b. |
In the joint name of two or more persons of which operation mode must be strictly mention, it may be jointly or any one or either or survivor. |
c. |
May be opened in the name of a Minor, to be operated by natural guardian or by the guardian declared by court. |
d. |
Recurring Deposit Account cannot be opened in the name of a firm, company, Corporation. |
i. Recurring Deposit Account is opened for a specific time period.
ii. Interest in such Account will be paid as per the term table (intt. Slab)
iii. Opening of Recurring Account in the joint name with Illiterate person is not allowed
04. PIGMY Deposit Account
Authorized collectors of the Bank will collect the deposit from door to door on daily basis under this scheme. Machine generated receipt will be served at the time of collection of money. The term is stipulated only for one year. Demand Loan against the deposit amount is available.
05. Term Deposit Account
Term Deposit of the Bank is designed in three shapes:
i. Short Term Deposit
ii. Fixed Deposit
iii. Fixed Deposit Autorenew
The depositors are entitled various rates of interest for various terms as per chart (intt. Table). Interest under fixed deposit scheme is payable monthly/quarterly/half yearly etc. as per specific declaration of the depositors. |
